Our company keeps growing and, therefore, we are looking for new colleagues for the positions of: Operational Controller  (m/f/d) 

Your tasks:

  • Controlling the financial planning of the company and individual departments.
  • Creation of budgets, forecasts and profitability calculations.
  • Creation of annual budgets and medium-term planning.
  • Participation in annual accounts in cooperation with accounting and tax department.
  • Participation in the preparation of strategic business planning.
  • Development and introduction of business models and tools for planning and control.
  • Analyze the trustworthiness of statistics used for business objectives and decisions.
  • Create, analyze and comment on standard and ad-hoc reports.
  • Preparation and coordination of the monthly reporting of the departments for the management.
  • Participation in corporate planning and forecasts in the area of finance.
  • Assist with tasks in the field of risk assessment.

Your skills:

  • Degree in business administration and initial function-related professional experience in the area of controlling, alternatively accounting or auditing.
  • Very good know-how in the use of Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel).
  • As well as very good module knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of numbers and accounting skills.
  • Strong focus on controls and processes and high attention to detail.
  • Confidence to challenge senior opinions and maintain positive working relationship
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken German and English.
  • Intercultural competence, organisational skills, ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to achieve good work results even under time pressure.
