Your tasks:

  • Shape with us the digital future of our processes across all business areas as for example sales, engineering, order management, production, logistics, quality management, procurement, finance, HR.
  • Define strategy and goals together with business stakeholders resulting in a roadmap.
  • Lead identification of valuable use cases envisioning the future of doing business.
  • Analyze “AS IS”-Processes, identify flaws by using methods such as value stream mapping to identify the improved “TO BE”-Processes.
  • Draft new business processes including actors, actions, organizational changes etc.
  • Prioritize activities together with the digital transformation team and business stakeholders.
  • Define budget and resource needs for the implementation of the roadmap/milestones.
  • Track success and identify improvement potential of the activities using KPIs and Reports.

Your skills:

  • Digital Native mentality and mindset.
  • Experience in process optimization, project management and/or change management.
  • Passion for achieving strategic goals and monitoring their achievement using KPIs.
  • Strong communication skills in order to facilitate constructive discussions and communicate process changes adequately.
  • Knowledge of an ERP-System (i.e. SAP or Infor LN) preferred.
  • Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
  • Team Player liking to work with an international team across different time zones.
