Your tasks:
- Establish process cartography to cover end-to-end process
- Analyze “AS IS”-Processes, identify flaws by using methods such as value stream mapping to identify the improved “TO BE”-Processes
- Draft new business processes including actors, actions, organizational changes
- Ownership of drafting and applying a continuous evolution of processes
- Revising and updating procedures and policies
- Identify and monitor KPIs to measure process effectiveness; initiate actions if expectations are not met
- Accompany the organization in the digital transformation from process design to maintenance
