Your tasks:

  • Coordinate, visit, support and train major customers
  • Prioritise projects and activities
  • Negotiate projects and orders
  • Define budget with Country Manager and Communicate results (e.g. KPIs) and specific needs on a regular basis
  • Attend staff meetings to coordinate workflow and priorities
  • Assist management in identifying weaknesses and threats in these processes and define action plans to address them as soon as possible
  • identify and coordinate specific customer needs in product lines (e.g. new products, accessories) with Business Development Managers, R&D and Product Management
  • Visits to headquarter as required for specific activities

Your skills:

  • Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering / Refrigeration / Energy / Air Conditioning / Electrical Engineering
  • Preferably thermodynamic background
  • Knowledge of GPC-Software selection, Experience in Sales, 
  • Min. 3 years experience in Sales, preferably as External Sales
  • Min. 2 years of experience in refrigeration, HVAC, heating system or Heat Exchangers 
  • Good knowledge of the (local) refrigeration and AC market
  • Fluent in Polish and English
