Manage the Team and meet the budget assigned to the Country/Area.
Guarantee long-term-profitable business to the Company by developing and consolidating a customer network in the Country/Area. Coop and deliver input to BDMs-Product Management to fulfil customer needs and follow market trends.
Lead, manage and develop the Sales Team & KAM in the Country/Area (internal and external).
Support the existing Customers and attract new partners.
Recognize the product and market requirements for existing and new businesses.
You will be in first and second level contact with customers management and perform a high level of responsiveness to respond more quickly, flexibly and effectively to meet client demands and exceed their expectations. Create a good internal/external Customer relationship with a stable and excellent work environment for the sales Teams, furthermore, to increase their know how trough programmed trainings and “learning by doing” processes. It is essential that coordination takes place between the sales team and the HQ, such as the internal sales department, as well as all other departments.
