Sitting firmly in the Marketing team but also collaborating with Global HR teams you will be playing a pivotal role in shaping and driving internal communications, across all levels of the organisation. Your tasks

  • Develop and implement a global employee communication strategy. 
  • Lead employer branding projects and roll them out globally, e.g. building a robust onboarding program for new employees. 
  • Establish and manage purposeful communication channels within the company including our Global Intranet platform.  
  • Plan internal communication initiatives in multiple markets and locations. 
  • Enhance employee engagement and participate actively in projects concerning People initiatives. 
  • Provide guidance and support to regional communication teams, ensuring alignment with global strategies and standards. 
  • Analyze the effectiveness of internal communications and drive continuous improvement.  

Your talent

This is an opportunity for a talented communications professional to build something successful which will require a full suite of communications-based experience including the following: 

  • You have 5+ years of experience in internal communication/Marketing/Content Management, ideally focused on People & Culture and Employer Branding. 
  • You have proven expertise in employer branding and talent attraction strategies. 
  • You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 
  • You are a team player and able to build and maintain relationships at all levels in the organization. 
  • You are highly organized, able to manage multiple projects at one time. 
  • You are fluent in English.
