Your tasks:
In this position, you will ensure a long-term profitable business for the company by developing and consolidating a customer network in the region. You will work with the BDMs and product management to fulfill customer needs and follow market trends.
- Coordinate, visit, support and train major customers
- Prioritise projects and activities
- Negotiate projects and orders
- Define budget with Country Manager and Communicate results (e.g. KPIs) and specific needs on a regular basis
- Attend staff meetings to coordinate workflow and priorities
- Assist management in identifying weaknesses and threats in these processes and define action plans to address them as soon as possible
- identify and coordinate specific customer needs in product lines (e.g. new products, accessories) with Business Development Managers, R&D and Product Management
- Visits to headquarter as required for specific activities
