Your tasks:
The position is responsible for sales in an assigned area. You will be able to work remotely from anywhere in Romania.
- Lead, manage, train, mentor and develop the Sales Team in the Country (internal and external), ensuring quality consistency across the area and increasing sales and profitability in their region and know how of the Team Members
- Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base (Farming & Hunting)
- Analyzing market trends and competitors activities and formulating strategies to respond to these
- Perform high levels of response being more fast-reacting, flexible and effective, in attending customers’ demands and exceed with their expectations
- Regular visits to HQs for specific activities
- Improve internal process, workflows and minimize time bottle necks
- Communicate results periodically and specific needs to the Area Manager
- Identify and coordinate specific Customers’ needs with BUL and BDMs, in product lines (e. g. new products, accessories) with R&D and Product management (if existing) in coordination with the Area Manager
