The ERP - Analyst is responsible for the correct and optimal use of the ERP System across all finance and controlling processes and application. He supports the business departments in the definition of new and the optimization of existing business processes as well as in troubleshooting issues. Additional responsibilities include training, cross department coordination and the incorporation of different middleware systems where necessary.

ERP Infor Business Analyst (m/f/d) Finance & Controlling
Your tasks:
- Define, lead and manage local and global ERP sub-projects
- Create and deliver ERP training related to system handling and business processes
- Troubleshooting and solving issues in the ERP System and business processes
- Implementation of process improvements in cooperation with the business departments and ERP developers
- Definition and administration of required customizations and add-ons of the ERP-System
- Full documentation of new, or changes to existing, business processes
- Evaluation of change requests
- Analysis of new system features, learning and implementing these feature
Your skills:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance or Economics or similar
- Min 10 years work experience, min 5 years experience as analyst / consultant with Infor LN
- Knowledge of ERP customization and master data maintenance
- Experience with ERP Finance processes in the manufacturing industry
- Experience in project management, change management and consulting with realization experience
- Languages: German, Business English
- Willingness to travel
