Your tasks:
As the CEO Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO’s office. You will be responsible for managing the CEO’s schedule, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Your ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems will be essential.︉
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements (flights, hotels, rentals)
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations, translates documents
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/ external stakeholders
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
- Logistically organizes company events (workshops, meetings, protocol dinners, reservations etc)
- Coordinating the flow of correspondence and written and electronic communications
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
- Maintains relations with the CEO's business partners
- Perform general administrative duties
