Main Task:

  • Increase efficiency, effectiveness and innovation of Quality Management Department
  • Take an appropriate action in campaigning and culturing the quality prevention awareness.
  • Coordinate and facilitate preventive action forum for quality matter related.
  • Responsible on quality cost calculation and analysis.
  • Involve in preparation and monitoring budget and expenses of Department.
  • Provide report of Quality Management activities and performance.
  • Perform and maintain OH & S procedure / policy in order to ensure company’s policies compliance.
  • Handle and or involve in internal and or cross functional project.
  • Manage service department functions by ensuring the after sales service process meets customer satisfaction while supporting quality improvement plans

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
  • Min. 5 (five) years’ experience in related function
  • Have good knowledge in refrigeration system / HVAC system
  • Material and Quality Investigation Knowledge
  • Highly good communication skills, follow through actions and decisions with sense of urgency
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)
