Your tasks:
The position will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the project flow for all work passing through the marketing department. This includes selecting and implementing a fit-for-purpose project management system (e.g. Jira or another recommended tool).
- Set up and manage the end-to-end project flow for all marketing initiatives - from brief through to delivery
- Define and maintain clear timelines, scopes, and priorities for each project
- Track progress daily, monitor against agreed milestones, and proactively flag delays or risks
- Act as the central point of coordination between internal teams, external partners, and creative agencies
- Create structured reporting on project status, workload, timelines, and delivery performance
- Champion consistent ways of working and help embed smart processes across the team
- Ensure all creative outputs align with our brand guidelines, quality standards, and strategic objectives
- Support global campaign rollouts, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, HR, etc.)
