English Teacher

Main Task:

  • Develop and Implement English Language Learning Programs for Employees
  • Create Business and Profession-Specific Learning Module
  • Assess Participants' English Proficiency
  • Provide Training in Conversation, Presentation Skills, and Business English
  • Prepare Regular Learning Progress Reports
  • Coordinate with HRD for Program Scheduling and Evaluation
  • Offer Feedback and Recommendations for Employee English Language Development

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in English Language, English Literature, or English Language Education
  • Preferably a min. of 2 years of experience teaching English in a formal or informal institution
  • Possess a valid TOEFL/IELTS/TOEIC certificate (with a minimum score of 550/6.0/700 respectively)
  • Proficient in modern and interactive teaching methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills and an engaging personality
  • Willingness to undergo a micro-teaching test
  • Placement of Pasuruan, East Java
