Item Data Administrator

Main Task:

• Creation of special manufactured items using different tools:
• SE2SAP Program (internal development)
• SAP Excel Macro (copying from standard items)
• Excel Layout SAP (CTMC Program)
• Creation and Validation of bill of materials (BOMs) in SAP for manufactured items according to drawings.
• Use Workflow platform for manage RQ (special requirements administration) for special items creation (manufactured and purchased).
• Monitoring to ensure that manufactured and finished goods items have complete information in SAP
• Follow-up to ensure that purchased items have their control cycles in SAP.

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or Engineering Related.
• Fluent English.
• Knowledge in bill of materials concepts.
• Understand mechanical or construction drawings.
• Microsoft office, excellent in Excel.
• Organized, disciplined, team worker and results-oriented.
• Placement of Pasuruan, East Java
