Your tasks:
In this position, you will support the Sales Directors in operative & strategic planning, scheduling and organization of any sales activities and events.
- Support for sales management in day-to-day operations
- Travel planning including booking of flights, hotel and rental car
- Creation of evaluations
- Creation of presentations
- Organization of customer visits
- Organization of sales meetings
- Participation in the planning of fairs, symposia and customer events
- Customer support
- coordination of transport between customers in EU5 and the HU shipping in Hungary
- cooperation with the accountant at FFB (attaching documents to the cashbook) and coordination of accounting documents with the Polish accounting firm
