Your tasks:
The Sales Engineer supports customers in Japan by providing product selection and technical advice for our heat exchanger portfolio. The position combines technical expertise with practical requirements from the field to ensure that customers receive accurate recommendations and reliable solutions. While communication with customers and commercial preparation are part of the workflow, technical responsibility remains the primary focus.
- Technical Support
- Responding to technical questions from customers via email or phone.
- Providing technical advice and participating in technical discussions with customers.
- Creating technical documentation.
- Quotation and Order Processing
- Analyze customer requirements to design suitable products based on application and site conditions, while coordinating with the factory to ensure the solutions are technically feasible.
- Prepare and follow up quotations
- Work closely with the factory to ensure smooth order processing.
- Communicate any necessary clarifications or missing information from customers to avoid delays or discrepancies.
- After-sales
- Support after-sales activities, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Follow up on progress and coordinate actions with the service team to ensure timely resolution.
