Main Task:

Manage the local sustainability tasks and activities and report to global department.
Recognition of potential for improvement / need for action and implementation of corresponding measures.
Reach local sustainability goals.
Collaborate with the global Sustainability Manager and all relevant departments.
Develop and oversee environmental, social and governance policies and procedures, as well as reviewing and appraising proposed actions to be socially and environmentally sustainable and comply with internationally recognized best practices.
Ensuring compliance with legal obligations relating to sustainability
Support in global sustainability projects
Reporting (incl. documentation) of local information to global sustainability department (esp. About reaching the sustainability goals)
Definition of local processes for efficient data collection and KPI-Tracking
Local internal and external communication and esp. communication to global sustainability department
Main contact for sustainability within the plant

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration / environmental engineering or Natural Sciences with relevant emphasis
Min. 2 years of professional experience in the HVAC/heat exchanger industry or sustainability.
Have basic knowledge in sustainability and the motivation to further educate in this field.
English proficiency
Highly good communication skills and intercultural competencies
