Your tasks:

The goal of the Marketing Coordinator for Europe is to support the Brand Activation Manager of Europe & Middle East by ensuring the successful implementation of marketing strategies that support brand awareness, customer engagement and business growth.

  • Lead and coordinate multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
  • Conduct market research of company’s competitors to identify trends, opportunities and competitive insights, providing recommendations for strategy adjustments
  • Coordinating and executing all Middle East marketing events, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with brand objectives
  • Developing compelling stories focused on key topics, to enhance brand positioning and customer engagement
  • Ensure that all marketing materials, communications and initiatives align with the company’s brand guidelines and objectives
  • Designing, writing and sending newsletters, ensuring content is relevant, engaging and aligned with marketing goals
  • Overseeing the selection, budget, distribution and tracking of promotional items and giveaways for sales initiatives
  • Monitoring and analyzing media coverage of the brand, preparing detailed reports to track PR success and brand visibility
  • Conduct regular analysis of competitors’ activities, providing insights and recommendations to improve the company’s market position

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • First professional experience in a related position
  • Good ability to manage and execute multiple marketing projects simultaneously
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media and content marketing
  • High attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management and prioritization skills
  • Understanding and sensitivity to cultural differences
  • Strong focus on understanding customer needs, establish and maintain good relationships
  • Fluent in English, an additional language is a benefit
