Main Task:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Coordinate with other Güntner Group locations to provide daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment and workforce reports.
  • Plan detailed timelines for each phase, from recruitment through to the departure of the workforce.
  • Communicate with other Güntner Group locations regarding workforce requirements for all positions.
  • Prepare onboarding documentation for all workforce positions.
  • Prepare overseas agreement documents for the workforce being deployed to other Güntner Group locations.
  • Coordinate with the Legal department regarding placement agreements for other Güntner Group locations.
  • Facilitate the resolution of issues raised by the team during their assignments and report them to the HRGA Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Min. Bachelor degree of Psychology, or related fields
  • Min. 1-2 years experiences in HR area, preferably having exposure in recruitment & selection or in the same fields
  • Understand labor regulation and HR Management
  • Advance knowledge of Ms Office and HRIS systems
  • Good at communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
  • Proficiency in English
  • Willing to be placed in Pasuruan, East Java
