Your tasks:
The position contributes to successful project delivery by ensuring transparency, effective communication, and systematic tracking of schedules, costs, and risks in alignment with the company’s priorities and the strategic objectives.
- Supporting the planning and structuring of projects (schedules, work packages, milestones)
- Preparing and maintaining project plans, status reports, presentations, and decision documents for own projects
- Organizing, preparing, and documenting project meetings and tracking follow-up actions
- Coordination with internal departments, external service providers, and other stakeholders
- Supporting schedule and cost monitoring as well as tracking overall project progress
- Assisting in the identification, assessment, and follow-up of project risks
- Supporting the improvement and standardization of project management processes and documentation standards
