Your tasks:

The position is responsible for managing the assigned budget and overseeing both technical and sales activities in alignment with the company’s vision and mission.

  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets within the assigned area
  • Supporting the training, mentoring, and development of the Sales Team (internal & external) to ensure quality consistency, increase sales and profitability, and strengthen team know-how
  • Identifying and acquiring new customers, while expanding existing accounts
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activities and developing effective response strategies
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, including first- and second-level contact with customer management
  • Responding quickly, flexibly, and effectively to customer demands, exceeding expectations, and negotiating projects and orders
  • Coordinating customer needs with internal stakeholders, managing offer tracking, and improving internal processes and workflows
  • Monitoring performance via KPIs, reporting regularly, aligning with Area/Country Manager, ensuring compliance with company policies, and conducting regular HQ visits

Your skills:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or a technical degree in mechanical/ electrical engineering/ air conditioning/ refrigeration/ energy or a comparable qualification
  • Relevant professional experience in technical sales or a similar field
  • Knowledge of key account management and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP and CRM systems
  • Strong communication skills, an understanding of contract law and a strong aptitude for numbers
  • Business-fluent English and Italian is required; An additional language would be a welcome bonus
