Your tasks:
The position is responsible for managing the assigned budget and overseeing both technical and sales activities in alignment with the company’s vision and mission.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets within the assigned area
- Supporting the training, mentoring, and development of the Sales Team (internal & external) to ensure quality consistency, increase sales and profitability, and strengthen team know-how
- Identifying and acquiring new customers, while expanding existing accounts
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities and developing effective response strategies
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, including first- and second-level contact with customer management
- Responding quickly, flexibly, and effectively to customer demands, exceeding expectations, and negotiating projects and orders
- Coordinating customer needs with internal stakeholders, managing offer tracking, and improving internal processes and workflows
- Monitoring performance via KPIs, reporting regularly, aligning with Area/Country Manager, ensuring compliance with company policies, and conducting regular HQ visits
