Your tasks:

As a Junior Process Manager IT, you will support the optimization and documentation of IT processes and help make operational workflows more efficient, transparent and customer oriented. You will coordinate interfaces between business units and IT, support projects across the Salesforce ecosystem and contribute to reliable process monitoring through meaningful KPIs. 

  • Coordinate small to medium-sized projects across the Salesforce ecosystem, from scope definition through delivery 
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications 
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and assess their impact on business operations before implementation 
  • Act as the key interface between business teams and technical development teams 
  • Track project timelines, risks and deliverables 
  • Create and maintain documentation of processes, requirements and changes for business and technical audiences 
  • Support the collection and monitoring of KPIs to improve process transparency and stability 

Your skills:

With this knowledge you will strengthen our team: 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business informatics, Information Systems, Digital Business Management, Information Management or an equivalent field 
  • First professional experience in project coordination, project management or a comparable junior role 
  • Experience with ERP-systems, business technology environments or comparable process landscapes 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce; exposure to Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Service Cloud is an advantage 
  • Strong documentation skills and the ability to explain technical processes in clear business language 
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills 
  • Fluent English and German language skills are mandatory; Spanish language skills is nice to have
