Responsible for the design, development, testing, and support of software applications for embedded control systems, including communication infrastructure, distributed systems, and data management solutions. The role partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and maintainable software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain embedded software solutions in C/C++ on Embedded Linux platforms.
  • Develop communication, networking, and data management functionalities using industrial and IP-based protocols.
  • Define scalable, reliable, and maintainable software architectures and system designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into integrated software solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software, communication, and system-level issues throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Ensure software quality through code reviews, unit and integration testing, and automated test methodologies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience developing embedded software in modern C/C++ within Linux environments.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, object-oriented design, multithreading, and embedded systems.
  • Hands-on experience with networking, communication protocols, software testing, Git, and Agile development practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global engineering teams.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with distributed systems, Qt/QML, STM32/ESP32 platforms, RTOS, CI/CD, UML, industrial communication protocols, cloud and IoT technologies, cybersecurity, data analytics, and related certifications.
